STANDARD DELIVERY

All orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $8.00 for postage Australia wide.For orders $100 and over, shipping is free Australia wide.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

All orders requiring express postage are charged a flat rate of $15.00 for postage Australia wide.

Please allow 1 – 4 business days for delivery within Australia. Orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking linked to the email provided.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders up to and including $40 are charged a flat rate of $20.00 for international postage.All orders between $41 - $100 are charged a flat rate of $30.00 for international postage.All orders between $101 - $200 are charged a flat rate of $40.00 for international postage.

Returns Policy

www.smilingmindscollective.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, make a wrong selection or if the postage time is not to your liking. We also do not offer a refund or replacement on your items that have been misused by you after your purchase.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 10 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.
